ফাউন্ডেশেনের পক্ষে সোহাগ হাওলাদার এর মতে ‘‘ যেতেহু সরকারের বিভিন্ন সেবা হটলাইনে পাওয়া যায় কিন্তু অনেকে সেটা জানেনা, তাই সরকারের সেবা জনগনের কাছে পৌঁছে দেয়ার জন্য সিআরিএম কাজ করে যাবে। সিআরএম ফাউন্ডেশন চলতি বছর ২০২৩ সালে ৫০ হাজার লোকের কাছে এই নম্বর সমূহ প্রচার করবে। যাতে মানুষ সহজে সরকারী সেবা নিতে পারেন।

that, so CRM will work to deliver the services of the government to the people.
" The CRM Foundation will promote these numbers to 50,000 people this year by 2023. So that people can take government services easily.
