She is social activist and provide free legal aid support to poor people who need mediation and case support.  She is Chairman of the CRM Foundation.

Chairman Speech ”Being born as humans has certain responsibilities. Considering the geographical aspect, it can be seen that the life journey of the people of the coastal area is very difficult. Many people still live below the poverty line, especially women and children and people with Disable. We want to continue that effort with everyone’s cooperation’’.

CRMF is a non-profit, non-government voluntary organization working since 2021 to improve sociology-economic condition of poor and marginalized people to improve sociology-economic conditions and remove discrimination and exploitation. CRMF has implementing multidimensional projects on Education, Malaria, HIV/AIDS, Health, Nutrition and family planning, Life skills Education, Women empowerment, Water, Sanitation and hygiene, Safe Motherhood, Vulnerable Group Development, EPI and Primary Health Care Project, Capture Fisheries, Aquaculture, women empowerment, AIGA, Ecosystem, Co- Management, Street Food, Organic Food, Sustainable Agriculture, Social Business, Safe migration, Emergency relief, early recovery and livelihood support on various disasters, Emergency  Response, Technical and vocational training in different part of Bangladesh with assistance from the government and others partners.
